1. Return Period
At Edathena Academy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your course purchase. Our return policy allows for:
- 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
- Access to course content during the trial period
- No questions asked refund within first 24 hours
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 20% of the course content or downloaded course materials.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Certification fees once the certificate is issued
- Course materials that have been downloaded
- Bundle courses where any individual course is more than 20% complete
- Special promotional or discounted courses marked as non-refundable
3. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request through your student dashboard
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Money is returned to the original payment method
- If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Technical issues preventing course completion
- Significant course content different from description
- Bundle courses where some content has been accessed
Partial refunds are calculated based on the percentage of course completion and are subject to review by our support team.
5. Refund Methods
- Credit/Debit card payments: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
- Digital wallets: 1-3 business days
- Course credit: Immediate
6. Refund Restrictions
Refunds will not be provided in cases of:
- Course completion beyond 20%
- Violation of terms of service
- Misuse of course materials
- Requests made after the 7-day period
7. Course Transfers
- Transfer to different course available within 30 days
- One-time transfer policy per purchase
- Price difference must be paid if applicable
- Transfer to lower-priced course eligible for partial refund
8. Extended Return Period
Extended return periods may apply for:
- Technical issues beyond student control
- Medical emergencies with documentation
- Natural disasters affecting course access
- Platform-wide technical difficulties
9. Policy Changes
Edathena Academy reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
